Who we are
We started Pocket Receptionist in 2016 because UK service businesses were losing customers to missed calls. A decade later, we still answer every call from real people in the UK - never offshore, never a voicemail - and we still charge per call rather than per minute, so the meter doesn’t run while a customer is being looked after.
Our receptionists work from our London office. They train on your script, learn your tone, and become an extension of your team.
