Receptionist team
You’ll answer real calls for UK businesses - solicitors, builders, clinics, hospitality, founders - and book the work straight into their calendars. Calm voice, sharp pen, comfortable with multiple scripts at once. Full-time and part-time, hybrid from our London office.
Customer success
You’ll onboard new customers, refine their scripts over the first 30 days, and handle escalations when something matters. Background in service operations, hospitality, or front-of-house management lands well.
Engineering
We build the platform our reception team uses every day, and the apps and integrations our customers rely on. TypeScript / Next.js / Node + a smaller Go backend. Remote-friendly within UK timezones.
