Decision time
The judges had high praise for Pocket Receptionist, they loved our app which allows our customers to provide real-time feedback on individual calls. Not only that, but we also give all our customers free Call Recording for their first month, to encourage feedback and provide peace of mind with complete transparency. The judges commented on how brave this was and how we could only offer this if we are confident that we are providing top-notch and consistent customer service.

When Pocket Receptionist was established in 2017, we had a small team of 4, and we built the service our customers know and love by listening to their feedback. Our customers asked for an integrated Live Chat system – we built it. They asked for an easier version of our app – we made the improvements. We got asked if we could handle their bookings and calendar – you guessed it, we built a system for that too!
Every step of the way, our customers asked, and we delivered, which only highlights the power our customers have with shaping our product. Pocket Receptionist have progressed and adapted to ensure that all customers’ needs are met by refining the technological side of our service.
