Call forwarding is a setting on your business line - every UK telco supports it (BT, Virgin, Vodafone, EE, Sky, Plusnet, mobile carriers). After sign-up we give you a unique number to forward to and instructions specific to your provider. You can choose to forward all calls, only when you’re busy, or only when you don’t answer within X rings. You stay in control: switch forwarding off any time and your calls come straight back to you.
